According to the 2000 U.S. Census Bureau, Goffstown’s population at the time was 16,929 people.  This included 5,641 households and 4,055 families.  The average family size was 3.07 and the average household size was 2.64.  Goffstown, New Hampshire is comprised of  36.9 square miles of land and 0.6 square miles of water.
